1. Warranty

All Sampayan Xpress products come with a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by external factors such as misuse, improper installation, humidity, or exposure to chemicals.

Rust can occur in certain environments, especially when exposed to high humidity or chemicals. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these environmental factors, and they are not covered under the warranty.
2. Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange your item within 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Wrong Sizing Exchange

If the wrong size was ordered, we offer exchanges as long as the product remains unused and unopened.

The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for both the return and the new shipment of the exchanged item.
