All orders were confirmed by buyers to proceed with delivery (with proof).

So, When a buyer denies or refuses to accept the delivery of a shipment made by a supplier or vendor without any proper or solid reason. The supplier has the right to notify the buyer about this mistake. And ask him either to accept the delivery or pay for the FULL SHIPPING FEE paid by the seller.
