Question: How much weight capacity can it handle?
Answer: Guaranteed loading capacity of 30 kgs but tested up to 40 kgs and beyond.
Question: Is it stainless steel?
Answer: Made with stainless steel grade 201 which is helpful in cold environments, as its toughness holds up in cold weather and not easily rust. Make sure to wipe when wet to maintain your sampayan clean.
Question: Is it durable?
Answer: The drying laundry hanger is made up of stainless steel material. It has a large loading capacity, and its durability ensures to serve you for a long time.
Question: Can I install outside and won't get rust?
Answer: This stainless steel 201 is absolutely not easily rust, but relatively not easily rust under certain conditions. If consumers use improperly (such as tea, coffee, milk, and other acidic substances), its use beyond the corrosion resistance of the environment or conditions, will naturally rust.
Question: When I put a wet towel or bedsheet over it will it be able to withstand the weight?
Answer: Yes, the material used is very strong to withstand the weight.
Question: What is the space between each rod once expanded?
Answer: For 3 Pole, it's about 26 cm between each rod, so you can use them for big and heavy clothes too. When fully expanded, it comes around 78 cm out from the wall.

Question: Can I fix it on wooden door also?
Answer: We would prefer a hard wall for more stability.

Answer: Can be adjusted to your desired distance.

Answer: The length size of the rod 80cm long good enough for multiple washes.
Question: Does the installation included in the package?
Answer: Installation is not included in the package. In some cases, we do offer additional installation fees within Cavite, Laguna and Metro Manila customers only. It is easy to install if you have a drill, we will provide you a step by step guide on how to properly install.
